CALGARY — Arlington Street Investments (ASI) has appointed Ed Romanowski chief operating officer, it was announced on May 25.
Romanowski’s career spans three decades in real estate development, construction, business operations, management consulting and government. In 2003, he founded Bellstar Resorts development and management company. In 2015 he played an instrumental role in the sale and transition of Canadian luxury home builder Albi Homes — of which he was vice-president — to Brookfield Residential.
ASI is a Calgary-based boutique urban developer and investment company.
