RIMAP Hospitality breaks ground on Renaissance Marriott Ottawa
Slated to open in 2027, RIMAP Hospitality has announced that it has broken ground on the Renaissance Marriott Ottawa—a 230-room hotel in downtown Ottawa situated at 395 Slater Street.
Atlific Hotels has announced that the Residence Inn by Marriott London Downtown has completed extensive renovations to its 116 guest rooms and public spaces.
The transformation introduces a fresh and modern look to the spacious, all-suites hotel in the heart of London, Ont.

The Atlific-managed hotel has undergone renovations in several stages over the past two years, with the final transformation of its public spaces unveiled recently. Upon arrival, guests are greeted with a revamped lobby area, followed by a redesigned dining room and patio, perfect for complimentary breakfast each morning. All of the hotel’s sizeable suites were refreshed with brand-new furniture, on top of the existing fully equipped kitchens. Finally, corporate guests will enjoy an updated meeting space, available to accommodate up to 50 people and equipped with everything needed to conduct business comfortably.
Conveniently located in the city’s core, the Residence Inn by Marriott London Downtown is within walking distance of restaurants and attractions, such as Budweiser Gardens, RBC Place, Western Fair District and 100 Kellogg Lane—Canada’s largest entertainment complex. The hotel’s generously sized guest rooms are offered in studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites.
