Avison Young appoints managing director, Toronto West and Southwestern Ontario/occupier services
Global commercial real estate advisor, Avison Young, has appointed Sanjiv Chadha as the new managing director, Toronto West and Southwestern Ontario/ occupier services.
Chadha first joined Avison Young in 2022 as principal, occupier services, responsible for providing integrated, customized solutions for industrial and office clients. Over his 20-year career, he has advised large corporations on their global real estate strategies in more than 20 countries worldwide.
Before that, he held several roles at Colliers International and also worked at Canadian Mortgage and Housing Corporation. Chadha’s new role will focus on executing on the firm’s core strategic business plan — with emphasis on advisory-led solutions, the occupier services platform, business development and market share.
