Beechwood Real Estate Advisors Brokerage has launched the first episode of its ‘The Hotel Buy’ podcast, hosted by Beechwood's Sylvia Occhiuzzi, senior vice president and Jennifer Gellatly, vice president, with guest Minaz Rahemtulla from LHM Canada.
Minaz Rahemtulla, executive chair and managing director from LHM Canada brings over 30 years of experience to the hospitality table. Having accumulated an extraordinary level of deal structuring expertise, from viability to financing, to partner sourcing, he has participated in many property acquisitions in many markets around the globe.
“Spearheading the LHM team, Rahemtulla focuses specifically on due diligence, brand selection and negotiation, and financing and strategic planning. He is the current co-chair of the Jubilee Hospitality Association Canada, a non-profit organization (22,000 rooms strong) bringing knowledge and resources to hotel owners across Canada. He is also the incoming chair of the IHG Canada Committee for 2024,” says Occhiuzzi.
