Opal Hospitality has expanded into the U.S. market with acquisition of Four Points by Sheraton Charlotte-Lake Norman, Huntersville, N.C.
Best Western Hotels' parent company has changed its name to BWH Hotels and has also introduced a new logo.
The global company is comprised of WorldHotels, Best Western Hotels & Resorts and SureStay Hotels. In addition to providing alignment under one parent company, the new name will emphasize BWH Hotels’ position as a diverse enterprise with 19 brands in every segment, from luxury and lifestyle, to upscale, midscale and economy.
The updated branding is rolling out and will be reflected in the brand's announcements, press releases and materials going forward.
