Located inside Four Seasons Hotel Toronto, Café Boulud welcomes the return of Michelin-starred chef Daniel Boulud, as he is joined by chef Melissa Rodriguez from New York City’s Al Coro, and executive chef Ron McKinlay of Toronto's Canoe Restaurant for a one-night-only collaboration dinner.
On Sunday, October 29, 2023, locals, travellers and curious food connoisseurs can embark on a culinary journey as three gastronomic powerhouses unite for an evening of flavour and innovation.
Chef Rodriguez is the talent behind New York City-based, two Michelin-starred restaurant Al Coro and sister pizzeria Mel’s. Having previously worked with chef Boulud at Restaurant DANIEL, chef Rodriguez will now stand side-by-side with chef Boulud in the Café Boulud kitchen, adding a touch of modern Italian cuisine and years of unique experience to the one-night-only collaboration. Canoe Restaurant executive chef McKinlay will add dishes and elements inspired by Canada’s raw and rich land—for which the celebrated dining spot is known and loved. Chef de cuisine Colin Henderson and chef Boulud will host the renowned chefs as they blend their individual talents with Café Boulud’s traditional French cuisine.
As Café Boulud’s esteemed team and the visiting chefs prepare for A Night to Remember, Café Boulud looks forward to welcoming guests for a culinary adventure in the heart of Toronto.
