Having previously worked with chef Boulud at Restaurant DANIEL, chef Rodriguez will now stand side-by-side with chef Boulud in the Café Boulud kitchen, adding a touch of modern Italian cuisine and years of unique experience to the one-night-only collaboration. Canoe Restaurant executive chef McKinlay will add dishes and elements inspired by Canada’s raw and rich land—for which the celebrated dining spot is known and loved. Chef de cuisine Colin Henderson and chef Boulud will host the renowned chefs as they blend their individual talents with Café Boulud’s traditional French cuisine.
