CFO Capital has announced it arranged construction financing for Sooke Harbour House in B.C. The hotel has undergone extensive renovations and is expected to re-open in late fall or early winter 2023.
The Harbour House is a boutique oceanfront resort’s rooms are individually designed by Frederique’s South of France ideals for year-round comfort and charm. The rooms and suites vary in size and theme. The property has queen beds, king beds, hide-a-beds, and beds in lofts for adventurous young people.
Rooms feature a variety of tubs and bathing styles including large soakers, hot tubs, jacuzzi-style tubs, and steam showers—some are in-room, others on balconies and patios. A decanter of Blackberry Port welcomes all its guests, as do the amazing views of the Juan de Fuca strait and the Washington State Olympic Mountains.
