CFO Capital has arranged financing for the Dev Hotel and Conference Centre, formerly NAV Centre in Cornwall, Ont.
The 638,394 sq. ft. (former NAV Centre) mixed-use facility is an 535-guestroom hotel accompanied with five cafeterias, three restaurants, and amenities including a large fitness centre, spa and an Olympic-sized pool
The office is 120,000 sq. ft. of high-end office space complimented with conference centres including 70-meeting room and a 225-seat auditorium. Furthermore, there are 75 Acres of developable land with frontage on the St. Lawrence River.
