The hotelier reportedly recognized a significant shortage in the rental market and capitalized on the opportunity by converting one of the two hotel towers into NestEra Living, an 88-unit rental apartment building consisting of 61 Studio / 6 small One Bedroom / 21 Large One Bedroom units leaving 125 number of guest-rooms for the Baymont Hotel with a shared podium.
