The Chelsea Hotel, Toronto has appointed Sarah Russell as director of food & beverage.
Russell joins The Chelsea from the Sheraton Centre, where she held the position of director of venues, restaurants and bars. Previously, she held senior F&B positions with the Compass Group of Canada, The Grand Hyatt Bahamar (Nassau), Westin Harbour Castle and the Thompson Toronto.
Russell is a graduate of Guelph University with a Bachelor of Commerce, and a major in Hospitality and Tourism Management. In 2015, she was a recipient of the Top 30 Under 30 Award through the Ontario Hostelry Institute.
