Formerly known as the Chairman’s Award, this annual award recognizes the outstanding performance of a select group of Days Inns that go above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service and a superior guest experience. The evaluation process involves an assessment of brand standards, operational requirements, and guest feedback metrics.

Last year, Days Inns - Canada expanded its recognition program with the addition of two new award tiers, Gold and Platinum, to recognize hotels that consistently exceed performance expectations. The Gold Award is presented to hotels that have been honoured with a President's (Chairman's) Award for a minimum of five consecutive years, while the Platinum Award celebrates those that have achieved this distinction for ten or more consecutive years.
