Partners Guerlain, Miels d'Anicet and Belvedere Vodka came together to highlight their dedication to environmental stewardship.
This collaboration was highlighted by an engaging discussion about the importance of bees, held in the luxurious setting of Four Seasons Hotel Montreal, home to the Forbes Five-Star Guerlain Spa. This event not only emphasized the ecological significance of bees, but also marked the launch of an inspired culinary experience—crafted by executive chef Jason Morris of Marcus Restaurant, Lounge & Bar.
For the entirety of May 2024, guests are invited to savour the "Buzzy Brunch," featuring elegantly crafted dishes that incorporate Miels d'Anicet’s honey. The menu includes a Ricotta Truffle Toast with Miel de Printemps, the avocado and summer flowers, a vibrant green salad with a honey mustard dressing made with Miel de Fleurs Sauvages, and a French Toast drizzled with Miel d'été—all created around some of the favourite flavours from local Miels d'Anicet’s honey. Complementing this menu, the Honey I’m Home cocktail (a monthly exclusive for May) blends Vodka Belvedere with Miel d’Anicet honey, tonka and verbena syrup, enhanced with notes of peach, lemon, grapefruit, orange blossom water, and a delicate egg white foam.
The launch event of this collaboration was a success, attended by prominent influencers from Toronto and Montreal, as well as key media—all mobilized by Guerlain to strengthen the sustainability narrative and celebrate the essential role of bees in our world.
This collaboration at Four Seasons Hotel Montreal not only highlights the importance of sustainable practices but also offers a month-long celebration of nature's gifts, blending luxury with responsibility. The hotel’s commitment to sustainability integrates eco-friendly practices that harmonize with the values of its partners. Guerlain’s dedication to bee conservation is long-standing, symbolized by the bee emblem that represents the brand.
