Gray Collection appoints Ioanna Antonopoulos as VP of employee & customer experience
Gray Collection has appointed Ioanna Antonopoulos as vice president of employee and customer experience.
Antonopoulos’ previous role was director of culture and guest experience at Gray Collection, and she has been with the company for almost two years. Before this, she worked at Groupe Antonopoulos, KPMG Canada and Organizational Behavior Course Counsellor (OBCC.)
Antonopoulos has distinguished herself through her unwavering commitment to employee and customer satisfaction, as well as her exemplary leadership. With her exceptional skills and extensive experience in the hospitality industry, she is the ideal choice to fill this key role within Gray Collection.
As vice president of employee and guest experience, she will be responsible for leading Gray Collecton’s efforts to deliver an exceptional experience at all levels of the organization. She will oversee the strategies and programs of the Human Resources department, with a focus on employee satisfaction, engagement, and professional development.
