In his new responsibilities, Lopez will report directly to Jacques Lapierre, vice president of operations, and work closely with general managers and restaurant directors to strengthen operational performance and optimize processes.

Lopez joined Gray Collection in 2017 and has since held several key positions, including general manager of Restaurant Jacopo and, most recently, director of restaurant operations at Hôtel William Gray.
