Clint DeLee joins as vice president of operations
Clint DeLee has been named vice president of operations. DeLee brings over two decades of hospitality operations experience, including managing diverse portfolios, driving profitability, and improving guest satisfaction across leading brands. In his new role, DeLee will use his leadership expertise to enhance operational performance and deliver strong results for stakeholders.
Karen Mendez promoted to vice president of operations
Karen Mendez has been promoted to vice president of operations and will oversee the company’s new Postcard Cabins portfolio, which includes 29 locations and more than 1,200 cabins nationwide. The move signals Hotel Equities’ entry into the outdoor hospitality market.
Lindsay Meadows promoted to senior vice president of accounting and procurement
Lindsay Meadows, who joined the company in 2022, has been promoted to senior vice president of accounting and procurement. Meadows has played a key role in improving procurement strategies and vendor partnerships. In her expanded role, she will manage accounting and procurement operations to ensure financial and operational efficiency as the company grows.
Brad Read elevated to senior vice president of finance
Brad Read has been promoted to senior vice president of finance in recognition of his contributions to strategic finance and commercial operations. With more than 20 years of domestic and international financial leadership experience, Read will continue to lead the company’s financial strategies for long-term success.
Michaelanne Colarelli named procurement manager
Michaelanne Colarelli has been appointed procurement manager. Previously excelling in marketing, Colarelli has demonstrated strong creative and strategic leadership skills. In her new role, she will focus on building relationships and optimizing procurement processes to deliver value across Hotel Equities’ portfolio.
Angela Phillips promoted to regional director of sales
Angela Phillips, with more than 20 years of sales and operations experience, has been promoted to regional director of sales. Her strategic vision and dedication to excellence have driven sales performance and contributed to the company’s long-term success.
