Canada hotels record first occupancy decline in three months
After three consecutive months of year-over-year increases, Canada’s hotel industry recorded a decline in occupancy, according to CoStar’s July 2024 data.
The Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International (HSMAI) has launched a new eBook in collaboration with Milestone Inc. and Dorothy Dowling, former chief marketing officer of Best Western Hotels and current special advisor to the HSMAI Foundation.
The eBook, titled “Top Digital Trends for Hospitality C-Suite to Future Proof Your Digital Footprint,” is designed to equip hospitality executives with key insights into emerging digital marketing trends expected to transform the industry.
In today’s rapidly evolving digital environment, staying informed is crucial for hospitality leaders. The eBook addresses pressing challenges and opportunities brought about by advancements in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the growing importance of personalization, rich media, and ancillary revenue streams.
