The group’s combined portfolio consists of 30 hotels with over 5,300 rooms, and an additional 1,250 rooms in the pipeline primarily located in downtown Toronto—as well as 5 high-rise residential rental developments comprising over 2,000 units, and an additional 2,200 low-rise houses in the pipeline for the Greater Toronto Area.
Colliers Hotels announced the sale on June 3rd. The transaction was completed on May 30th, 2024.
