Novotel Toronto Centre has appointed Winlai Wong as its new executive chef.
Wong is also a part time instructor at George Brown College Centre for Hospitality & Culinary Arts. Her previous role was executive chef at The Badminton and Racquet Club of Toronto. Before this, she worked at Centennial College School of Hospitality, Tourism and Culinary Arts, OTG Management, Spice Route Asian Bistro and Monsoon Restaurant.
Joining Novotel from a distinguished background and more than 10 years of experience, her knowledge and passion for the culinary arts will play an integral role in leading the food and beverage department.
