Olivier Le Calvez has been named the new executive chef at W Toronto. With training in France under world-renowned chefs, Le Calvez brings over 30 years of experience to the role.
His career has spanned culinary hubs including Paris, New York, Mexico City, Lima and Toronto. Le Calvez has held roles at Casa Bonita Foods Inc, Sutton Place Toronto, 1 Hotels, El Catrin Destilería, Grupo Posadas, Le Cordon Bleu Mexico, Ituarte en Banquetes, Modern Mexican, China Grill Management, Kut Global Entertaiment S.A de C.V, Grupo Menaba, Grupo Aldi, and Intercambios laborales Hotel.
