Newmarket gains a Marriott Fairfield Inn & Suites
NEWMARKET, Ont. – Marriott Fairfield Inn & Suites is the new flag atop the 100-room hotel formerly known as the Holiday Inn Express in Newmarket, Ontario.

The transaction occurred a week into the COVID-19 pandemic. CFO Capital noted that it went ahead “despite the economic volatility and uncertainty in the market.” However, the transaction showed that that opportunities still exist despite economic uncertainties.
