Pemberton Valley Lodge has achieved Rainbow Registered status, a national accreditation given to 2SLGBTQI+-friendly businesses.
“One of the primary benefits of being a Rainbow Registered establishment is access to guidelines that provide valuable information and advice on ensuring 2SLGBTQI+ customers feel welcome and accepted. These guidelines act as a resource for businesses to create an inclusive environment, offering insights on appropriate language, understanding gender identity, and fostering a culture of respect. By implementing these guidelines, our lodge ensures our staff are well-equipped to provide a positive experience for all guests,” says David Andrew MacKenzie, owner and general manager of Pemberton Valley Lodge
