The Residence Inn by Marriott Laval hotel (formerly the Quality Suites Laval Hotel) has re-opened under a new name and updated appearance following its acquisition by hospitality group Palm Holdings as part of its 2018 purchase of 12 hotels.
The original hotel was renovated and re-branded to a Residence Inn by Marriott Laval 2021-2023.
The Residence Inn is an 111-room extended-stay hotel in a central location in the heart of Laval, Quebec—just minutes away from the Montréal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport. Located at 2035 Autoroute des Laurentides, it is situated off of the 15 Laurentian Autoroute and only minutes from local attractions, including Carrefour Laval, Centropolis, Maeva Surf and iFly. The hotel features three stories, a restaurant, complimentary breakfast, business centre and a fitness centre.
