WINDSOR, Ont. — For 20 years, Caesars Windsor has remained the premiere hotel in the city and continues to earn one of Canadian/American Automobile Association’s (CAA/AAA) top accommodation rankings – the coveted Four Diamond award. This year marks the property’s 20th consecutive award since 1999. It is the only hotel with this distinction in the Windsor-Essex area.

Caesars Windsor’s director of hotel operations, James Hollohazy, said that it takes a team effort to maintain CAA/AAA’s high standards. “CAA/AAA reviews first hand a guest’s entire experience from the moment they book their stay, to check-in and check-out and everything in between. Cleanliness, décor, guest services, amenities and attentiveness are all taken into account and graded.”

“With our newly renovated rooms and the Four Diamond distinction, this sets us apart from our competition, solidifying Caesars Windsor as the hotel of choice for guests seeking an exceptional full resort experience,” he added.

The current renovations are on trend with modern, boutique hotel design, each room as well as the hallways is undergoing a stunning transformation. Renovations are complete in the Forum Tower and the Augustus Tower will be completed in Spring 2020.
