Tristan Boyer appointed F&B operations manager at AC Hotels by Marriott Ottawa Downtown
AC Hotels by Marriott Ottawa Downtown has announced the appointment of Tristan Boyer as its new food and beverage operations manager.
Boyer brings over a decade of culinary and hospitality experience to her new role. A graduate of both Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa and De La Salle University’s Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management program, she has worked in renowned establishments such as the Sheraton Ottawa, Hilton Garden Inn, Rideau Club, and The Westin Ottawa.
Throughout her career, Boyer has earned a reputation for her exceptional leadership in managing kitchen operations, menu development, and food cost controls. Her dedication to team training, operational excellence, and enhancing guest satisfaction has consistently delivered results in line with the highest industry standards, according to RIMAP Hospitality, the owners of AC Hotels by Marriott Ottawa Downtown.
In her new capacity, Boyer will oversee all aspects of the hotel’s food and beverage department. Her primary focus will be to create an elevated and seamless dining experience for guests while fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration within her team.
